Hello and welcome! I’m Arlene, an LCSW and Coachella Valley native. I have experience supporting children, adults, and transitional age youth as they navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and everyday stressors.

 

I take a person-centered approach to therapy and strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and authentic. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership, and I bring warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique background and lived experience into the work. My goal is to normalize the challenges that come with being human while helping clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy reading, staying active, and exploring different coffee shops. I value quality time with family and friends and will happily find any excuse to travel.
