Mental Health Experts Serving the Coachella Valley

At Desert Insight, we believe mental health conversations belong everywhere, not just in the therapy office. Our founder, Carolina Vasquez, LMFT, has been featured by local media outlets to discuss depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, social media use, community tragedies, and the evolving mental health needs of the Coachella Valley.

Through these interviews, our goal is to help people better understand mental health, learn practical coping strategies, and feel more comfortable seeking support when they need it. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to conversations that reduce stigma and increase access to mental health care throughout our community.

Whether discussing depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, social media addiction, community resilience, or emotional wellness, our mission remains the same: to help make mental health support as normal and accessible as getting a cup of coffee.
