Hello! My name is Josie. Raised in the Coachella Valley, I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Having personally navigated the journey of overcoming trauma, I am dedicated to guiding you through the transformative phases of healing that therapy offers. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can freely process your deepest struggles, explore your true emotions, and develop lasting coping skills.

I bring 17 years of experience working with youth within the educational system, including 12 years dedicated to supporting students (ages 4–18) and their families as a school counselor.
