Vivian Enriquez, LMFT #120204

Hi I'm Vivian, and I'm here to extend a warm and compassionate invitation to you. As a bilingual licensed marriage and family therapist with over 8 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to creating a space where individuals can find healing, understanding, and growth.

Life's journey can be filled with twists and turns, and I want you to know that you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're dealing with the weight of past traumas, navigating the complexities of relationships, or simply seeking a supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions, I'm here for you.

I understand that taking the step to seek therapy can be intimidating. As a survivor of trauma myself, I've walked a similar path, and I know the courage it takes to reach out for support. You are not alone in your struggles, and I am here to offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and understood.

My approach to therapy is rooted in values such as active listening, setting healthy boundaries, fostering open communication, and practicing empathy. Your journey is unique, and together, we can explore it in a way that feels right for you.

My educational background includes Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Child Development, as well as a Masters degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment proven to be highly effective in alleviating symptoms related to posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

If you're ready to start a path of healing and self-discovery, I invite you to take that first step. Let's work together to create a space where you can find the support and guidance you need to move forward.
